Ms. Brown and her staff coordinate to run Needs Met by Netta Services in a professional and friendly manner. They make sure to let their employees know how much they are valued on a consistent basis. They host an annual brunch where emoyees are recognized for their hardwork. They also give a token of appreciation as well as verbal praises thanking their employees for their employment.
They go above and beyond to make sure employees are current on the state of Florida mandates and regulatory classes. They also offer in house training to aide an employee on the job. As an employee, I am able to approach my boss with any concerns that I have. I always get a positive solution. This makes me feel valued!
